Special Offer (“The Offer”) Terms & Conditions
Offer Period:
The Offer is valid until 11:59pm AEST on 30th June 2025. Pricing quoted will be honoured for 30 days from the date of quotation.
Eligibility:
- The Offer applies exclusively to new, upgrade, or resign contracts for Vocus Internet Express (VIE) services on eligible 36- or 48-month contract terms for speeds of 1000Mbps.
- The Offer is not available for replacement or relocation orders.
- Upgrades are eligible only where capacity exists on the current fibre access infrastructure.
- The Offer is available for services within Australia and on Vocus Internet Express only.
Offer Details:
- Customers will receive up to 3 months free on eligible Vocus Internet Express services when signed on a 36- or 48-month term.
- The credit for the free months will be applied to the customer’s bill during the contract term.
- Standard Vocus Internet Express pricing applies, and the promotion excludes optional features or additional services.
Additional Notes:
- The Offer is limited to services meeting Vocus’s standard service qualification criteria.
- The Offer is not available for locations requiring additional network construction or new fibre builds.
- Any changes to the contract term or eligible services during the promotional period may result in forfeiture of the Offer.
- Telair reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Offer if the site does not qualify for the service.
- Telair retains the right to extend, amend, or discontinue the Offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.
