Excess Charges and Speeds
Excess usage charges apply if you exceed your monthly data allowance.
Data Share Plans: Excess usage charges apply if you exceed your pooled monthly data allowance. The first 50GB of excess usage is charged at $70 per 10GB block, or $0.006836 per MB. Further excess usage is then charged at $0.020625 per MB, calculated per KB of usage.
Data Bank Plans: Excess usage applies after both your monthly inclusion and any banked data are fully used. The first 10GB of excess usage is charged at $10 per 2GB block ($0.004883 per MB). Any further excess usage is then charged at $0.020625 per MB, calculated per KB of usage.
400GB 5G Data Only Plan: Excess usage is charged at $0.020625 per MB, calculated per KB of usage once your monthly allocation is exceeded.
Download speeds for each plan are capped at 100Mbps, 150Mbps or 250Mbps depending on the selected plan. This is the maximum potential download speed. Typical speeds may be lower and can vary due to factors such as location, device capability, distance from the base station, network conditions, concurrent users, and hardware or software configuration.

Double Data Deal (“The Offer”) Terms & Conditions
- Offer Period: The Offer is valid from 12th November 2025 until 11:59pm AEDT on 3rd February 2026. Note: services must be activated with an eligible plan by the offer period cut-off time.
- Eligibility:
- The Offer applies to new Telair 5G Business Mobile or Mobile Data Bank Plans, or existing customers upgrading to an eligible plan during the Offer Period. It is not available for contract renewals or extensions.
- Eligible plans include 29GB 5G, 40GB 5G, 65GB 5G, 100GB 5G, 120GB 5G, 150GB 5G, and 180GB 5G.
- The Offer is not available on 4G-only or Data Sharing Plans.
- Offer Details:
- Customers who activate or upgrade to an eligible plan within the Offer Period will receive double their standard monthly data inclusion for the first six (6) billing cycles following activation.
- The bonus data will be automatically applied to eligible orders—no opt-in or bolt-on is required.
- Bonus data will be credited to the customer’s Data Bank at the end of each of the first six (6) billing cycles.
- After the sixth billing cycle, plans will revert to their standard monthly data inclusion.
- Additional Terms:
- Changes to the plan or contract term during the promotional period may result in forfeiture of the bonus data.
- The Offer cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
- Telair reserves the right to extend, modify, or withdraw the Offer at any time at its sole discretion.
