We’re making some changes to our Business Mobile range during October 2026.
These updates include more data on selected plans at no extra cost, new 5G plan options, and changes to which plans are available for new orders.
What’s changing?
40GB Banking plans are increasing to 45GB
From 28 October 2026, eligible 40GB Banking plans will increase to 45GB of included data each month at no extra cost.
- 40GB Mobile Banking will increase to 45GB and remain $50 per month.
- 40GB Mobile Data Banking will increase to 45GB and remain $40 per month.
The additional 5GB will apply automatically. Existing customers on these plans do not need to take any action.
New 15GB 5G Banking plans
From 21 October 2026, Telair will introduce new 15GB 5G Banking plans.
15GB Mobile Banking
- $40 per month
- 15GB included data
- 5G access
- 150/150Mbps speed cap
- Up to 1000GB data banking
- Free unlimited international calls to the top 15 destinations
15GB Mobile Data Banking
- $35 per month
- 15GB included data
- 5G access
- 150/150Mbps speed cap
- Up to 1000GB data banking
Plans being withdrawn from sale
The following Business Mobile plans will be withdrawn from sale from 21 October 2026:
- 10GB Mobile Banking
- 10GB Mobile Data Banking
- 15GB 4G Mobile Banking
- 15GB 4G Mobile Data Banking
- 29GB Mobile Banking
- 29GB Mobile Data Banking
- 400GB Data Only
Services on these plans must be connected and completed by 21 October 2026.
What does this mean for existing customers?
Customers on 40GB Banking plans
From 28 October 2026, your included monthly data will increase from 40GB to 45GB.
Your monthly price will remain unchanged and the additional data will apply automatically.
Customers on all other plans
There is no change to your current plan, pricing or inclusions as part of these updates.
What if I’ve already placed an order for a plan that is closing?
Orders placed before 21 October 2026 can still proceed, provided the service is connected and completed by 21 October 2026.

Do I need to do anything?
If you’re an existing Telair Business Mobile customer, no action is required based on the changes outlined above.
Customers on eligible 40GB Banking plans will receive the additional data automatically from 28 October 2026.
If you’re considering one of the plans being withdrawn, please ensure your service is connected and completed by 21 October 2026.
