What to expect
Is the bill review really free?
Yes — the review is completely free and there is no obligation to switch. If we can’t discover cost reductions, we’ll credit you $1,000 under the terms of our guarantee (T&Cs apply).
What do I need to upload?
A recent bill (ideally the last full month) for any of the services you’d like us to review — internet, phone, mobile, or managed IT. Multiple bills are welcome. PDFs work best, but images and spreadsheets are also accepted.
Is my school’s information secure?
Absolutely. Uploads are encrypted in transit, data is stored in Australia, and only Telair’s Perth-based review team accesses it. We never share your information with third parties.
How does the $1,000 credit guarantee work?
If, after reviewing your current services, we cannot identify legitimate cost reductions available to your school, we will credit $1,000 to your current telco bill. Full T&Cs available on request.
Do I have to change providers?
No. The review is for your information. If we find savings and you’d like to act on them, we can help — but there’s no pressure and no lock-in to book the review.
